The Parents and Citizens (P&C) Association plays an important role within Turner School representing our strong school community. As well as its more official activities, the P&C provides an informal meeting ground for parents and teachers, and serves a fundraising function.
Meetings are generally held once a term in the school staffroom and are advertised in the school newsletter and P&C Facebook. You can join the Facebook community here:

All parents and carers are members of the P&C – if you have ideas on how we can make Turner School even better or just want to be involved, please come along to our meetings!
The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the P&C is usually held in February. Major decisions are made at the AGM including whether we have the support we need to hold a fete.
Historically, the main fundraising activity of the P&C is the Turner School Fete which is held on the last Saturday in October. Smaller fundraising projects like the wonderful Crazy Camel Art Fundraiser are undertaken during the year. If you have any fundraising ideas, please bring them along to the next meeting or contact P&C President, Emily Schuster.
